Wedding - Dave and Sandy

Seventh Day Adventist Church - El Cajon, CA

Alright, another archive one – shot back in August – but c’mon I gotta post this!!

So, Jasmine’s first shot as lead/main wedding photographer became a wonderful and kind offer for me to come along and shoot… Also along with us was Kevin, Jasmine’s good friend, to shoot as well! The three of us had a lot of fun with Dave and Sandy on their big day..

It was at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in El Cajon and was a very simple and beautiful celebration. They had an very intimate wedding, had their reception in the church hall, family cooked and brought food, and they had a table vs. table singing contest (that was pretty funny..) It was inspiring to see a couple take the care for the simple things in their wedding and truly make it about God and family… Thanks so much to Dave and Sandy… This post is longer than usual, but I just had to! Enjoy!

The kiddies were really, really, really, cute! They were soooo sweet… like you had to be there sweet…

Their church was really nice and really pretty… and so was their wedding…

We spent a few minutes with the bride and groom for a few shots…here, the wind caught Sandy’s veil – I kinda like this shot :-)

Now, on to the reception!!!

Here are a few from the table vs. table song singing contest! So funny and lots of great smiles…

We took a little time while there was a video montage to take care of some bouquet/ring shots…

Here we are being a little bit silly (nerdy photography humor if you will) – so if we’re all shooting the same ring, who is at the wedding???

And so, my final shot to show, one of my favorites of the day as far as the “detail” shots go…The bouquet was provided by Mis Ninas in San Diego..

Thank you so much again Jasmine inviting me along to shoot with you!! Definitely a fun experience…. And thanks to Kevin for helping me along!!

And of course, thanks to Dave and Sandy…
